I was extremely pleased with the service we received from Ponds Pool.
Brandon, Abby and Marc are a great team and they did a great job putting in a new liner for our hot tub.
Brandon was very patient and thorough.
They revived our hot tub when we were having lot of trouble for anyone to take on the job.I would strongly recommend them.

Had to replace my pool liner this spring and Ponds Pools did the job! Found James and his crew to be very professional, efficient and very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and were quick to answer any questions that I had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Abby was also a delight to deal with on the phone!

I want to say that I'm very satisfied with the repairs of my hottub. Furthermore, owner Mark Pond is very friendly, professional and helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. James was very diligent, skilled , helpful and easy to deal with. I appreciated the emails I sometimes received from Ponds advising when crews would show up. It would be better if I got them for all visits.

Pond's has help me with my spa needs for years. They are quick to respond and beyond reasonable. They will fix only what needs to and are always helpful if you have questions. I highly recommend them.
