Extremely disappointed. The landlord used their past experience as a student to build trust claiming they never keep deposits, yet did exactly that to us. We lived with a broken roof for nearly a year without proper repairs and despite the massive inconvenience Ranjodh still refused to return our full deposit. Do not be fooled by the friendly talk so look elsewhere for a landlord who actually respects tenant rights and property maintenance.
