This is hands down the worst laundromat I’ve ever been to. The owner is extremely rude and constantly tries to force customers to use two dryers, even if you only have a small load of clothes. It feels like nothing but a money grab.
The machines are ancient, unreliable, and it’s a struggle just to get the coins into them. The dryers hardly work properly, and you end up wasting more money and time. The place itself is cramped, dirty, and poorly maintained. There’s no comfort or cleanliness at all.
On top of that, the owner’s behavior makes the whole experience unpleasant and stressful. No professionalism, no customer service, and no respect for customers.
Avoid this laundromat at all costs – there are far better and cleaner options elsewhere.

I highly recommend using D&L Laundry in Vernon! John is very helpful and friendly. The large capacity machine I used was amazing and cleaned so well!

They have drawn a minimum line on the front of the drier but still the staff not let us put the clothes till the line and push to use two driers. Not at all professional.

The lady at the counter she is so nice and polite. I went today for the first time there and I was so impressed with the service. I forgot my debit card in my pants, she found the card and kept it safe with her and handed me later-on when I went back there.

If you bring your laundry here, do it yourself. Everytime I’ve done drop off service something doesn’t come back, socks, underwear, shorts, and even shirts of mine and my daughters have disappeared. We’ve been going here for 3 months and not once have they given back every item dropped off.
