I had wonderful service! We had fostered a rescue dog that had chewed our blinds and he offered to fix the slats at a reduced rate because of the circumstances since the rescue didn't have the money to help us at the time and downplayed the cost and damages. This business owner was great to work with and I was so appreciative.

I have dealt with Budget Blinds a couple of times now and I found them to be reasonable and courteous. I was given a fair quote for two blinds which is exactly what was charged.
It's unfortunate that unhappy people are more inclined to post reviews that happy customers. I would recommend them without question
