Travis responded promptly to me, for servising my above ground pool. He and his team came on time, did a perfect job, sent detailed report above the condition of my pool and when he found holes in my liner, I asked him to fix it and he did right the next day. Puddle Pool guys come every week to clean the pool and hot tub. Never an issue, always clean. They send us reports by email so we can see what’s going on and when it’s done. Very nice and easy system.
These guys know their pool stuff. My partner messed up the lines vacuuming so we hired them to fix it. They put a machine in the pool box and blew out the buildup of gunk so it is good to go. Was happy with heir service and their know how.
